This hotel had a clean, updated room with basic amenities and a nice kitchen setup. While the parking lot was a mess and the staff could be a bit curt, the location was convenient for my needs. Overall, a decent experience despite the drawbacks.

Nice stay, but service was rough
We stayed for a night, and the room was pretty nice—felt like a small apt. Decent location near Detroit! The staff, though, was kinda cranky at check-in. Didn’t get a receipt and had trouble with parking fees. The laundry area was nice, and everything was clean, which helped out a lot.

The stay was primarily for a business trip to the nearby conference and while the location was convenient, the condition of the room left much to be desired. The carpet could use a good cleaning, and the dirty coffee maker was a turn-off. On a positive note, I appreciated the kitchenette which added a touch of comfort to my extended stay. However, it was quite disappointing to find empty shampoo bottles in the bathroom and a lack of basic toiletries upon arrival.

The room was surprisingly spacious and I found the full-size refrigerator to be very practical for keeping drinks and snacks handy plus the laundry facilities were a huge plus especially with kids around
it wasn't exactly budget-friendly but it worked out fine for what we needed

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The suite was spacious and cozy, and the kitchenette made it super easy to prepare meals. The location was perfect for exploring local attractions and restaurants. Plus, the kind host upgraded our room for free – a sweet surprise!
My kids wished for a smoother check-in process. It would be great if they allowed early check-in for families needing to settle before exploring.

missingWrote a review on Oct 26spacious roomconvenient kitchenettecomplimentary drinkslimited utensils
The Studio Suite Queen felt spacious and equipped with a decent kitchenette, making my nine-day stay more bearable. Having a complementary soft drink cooler was a nice touch, though it was never refilled during my stay.
The kitchenette was lacking in essentials, with only one plate and a single drinking glass, which made preparing meals a challenge. I found the silverware to be quite cheap and undesirable. Additionally, service at the front desk was often unavailable, causing delays in addressing issues. The Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at times, making it difficult to get work done. The location, while easy to access, had a noticeable decline in safety and cleanliness around the exterior areas, particularly at night.

I mean, we had a decent fridge and kitchen utensils in the room which surprised me. The room was bigger than I expected, really feels like an apartment.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but I guess that's what you get nowadays.

The stay exceeded expectations with a warm upgrade to a larger suite that made the experience feel special. The accommodation was well-equipped with a kitchenette, allowing for convenient meal preparation. However, the recliner in the room was difficult to use, causing discomfort and frustration, which impacted the overall experience. Additionally, while the property provided good value, the room's layout and kitchen could benefit from better design.
